Nepenthes veillardii New Caledonia

Lowland Nepenthes are carnivorous pitcher plants that live in tropical lowland forests or grasslands. Temperatures are always very mild or even very hot, with 18 to 32 degrees being ideal. They love high ambient humidity and frequent misting. Their leaves are somewhat delicate, especially when acclimating from one growing location to another, as they do not tolerate fluctuations in humidity well, but once they are accustomed, they are very quick to form new leaves and pitchers.
They can become very large in a short time, which does not happen with pure highland Nepenthes species.
