Nepenthes intermedia are more tolerant of daytime heat but cannot tolerate frost or very cold evening temperatures. The ideal temperature for intermediate crops is between 28-30 degrees during the day and 14-16 degrees at night. This nepenthes is also suitable for typical lowland cultivation, with high humidity and temperatures always above 20 degrees.
