This nepenthes grows well in both lowland and intermediate conditions. Intermediate nepenthes are more tolerant of daytime heat but cannot tolerate frost or very cold evening temperatures. The ideal temperature for intermediate crops is between 28-30 degrees during the day and 14-16 degrees at night.
