This plant makes an excellent tankmate for Sarracenia. It is not a carnivorous plant but it grows well in peat or peat and perlite and in the same humidity and temperature conditions as Sarracenia. It prefers a little less sun but also gets used to direct sun all day. In spring it produces a tall flower stalk with a beautiful pink flower
