Drosera camporupestris is an erect-growing sundew native to Brazil.
Rather slow growing, it likes direct sun. Subtropical sundews are carnivorous plants that produce drops of glue in the leaves to capture and digest small insects on which they feed.
They have adapted to a warm climate similar to the tropical one but characterized by cool but not harsh winters. However, in cultivation they also resist short frosts without any problem.
