This Queensland sundew, like other species from that region, loves a cool, very humid environment and very soft light. It grows well in living sphagnum moss and cannot tolerate frost. Ideal for this sundew is a shady and poorly ventilated area, even inside a fish bowl with only sphagnum moss on a peat base and kept in the shade. Even indoors, possibly where it finds very little light but suitable for this sundew from damp undergrowth.
