A unique specimen grown from seed; a three-year-old plant that has not yet reached maturity. The color is a warm red; the hood and peristome initially show yellow tones but eventually turn completely red. It has a very elegant habit, with an upper section that is widely flared and open. The hood is also beautifully shaped: it has a narrow base, widens out, and ends in a curl that is most pronounced on the more mature pitchers.
