The characteristic of this purpurea with location is the red color of the pitchers which creates a strong contrast with the colors of the lid, in fact it is very wavy, narrow and elegant and is very reminiscent of the purpurea ssp. venosa var. Montana. The inside of the lid has very dark and large veins on a green background.
